5、 Project Overview: the construction project of Zhuhai Shengtian Industrial Co., Ltd. was approved by the environmental impact assessment (Zhuxiang HuanJian Biao (2004) No. 367) on December 6, 2004. The project is located at No. 10, Pingxi 2nd Road, Nanping Science and Technology Industrial Park, Xiangzhou District, Zhuhai City. The total land area of the project is 8177.87 square meters. The first floor area of No. 10 workshop is 2791.04 square meters. It is used as the production site of the project, and the second floor is for lease The comprehensive office building has 4 floors, the first floor area is 683.73 square meters, which is used as office space, and the second to fourth floor is used as rental land. The total investment of the project is 4.5 million yuan, including 156000 yuan for environmental protection, accounting for 3.5% of the total investment. Business scope: production and sales of conveying machinery, mold. Wholesale and retail of general machinery, motor vehicle parts, daily necessities, non-staple food, chemical products (excluding dangerous chemicals), building materials, household appliances, electronic products, hardware, metal materials (excluding gold and silver), instruments and meters. 6、 Implementation of environmental protection measures:

1. Implementation of environmental protection procedures

Environmental impact assessment system and environmental protection "three Simultaneities" system are implemented in the project. In November 2004, Zhuhai Shengtian Industrial Co., Ltd. commissioned Guangzhou Institute of environmental protection science to prepare the environmental impact report form of Zhuhai Shengtian Industrial Co., Ltd. construction project, which was approved by Zhuhai Xiangzhou District Environmental Protection Bureau on December 6, 2004.

2. Implementation of pollution prevention and control

(1) Domestic sewage: the oily sewage from the canteen of the project is pretreated by the oil separation and slag separation sedimentation tank, and then it is anaerobic treated in the three-level septic tank together with the staff fecal sewage and other sewage. After the treatment, the domestic sewage is discharged into the municipal sewage pipe network and enters the South District sewage treatment plant.

(2) Production wastewater: no production wastewater is produced in the project.

(3) Production waste gas: the production waste gas of the project is mainly dust waste gas produced in grinding and welding process and cooking oil fume in staff kitchen.

The dust and waste gas are collected by the gas collecting hood and pumped to the roof together. After being treated by an adsorption filter dust collector, it is discharged through a 15m exhaust funnel (fq-2-0680-1).

The cooking oil fume in the staff kitchen is collected by the gas collecting hood and pumped to the roof of the building. The cooking fume is treated by the cooking fume purifier and discharged through the 16.5 m exhaust funnel (fq-2-0680-2).

(4) Noise: the noise generated by the project mainly refers to the noise generated by the production of lathes, milling machines, grinders, electric welding machines and other production machinery and ventilation equipment. Through the selection of low-noise equipment, reasonable arrangement of equipment location, and comprehensive treatment of sound insulation, vibration reduction, noise elimination and sound absorption, the impact of noise on the environment is reduced.

(5) Solid waste: the solid waste of the project mainly includes domestic waste, general production waste and hazardous waste. Domestic waste is the garbage generated by the staff living and office; the general production waste is the packaging materials, corner waste and other wastes generated in the production process of the project. Hazardous wastes include waste rags, waste activated carbon produced after waste gas treatment and waste cutting fluid produced in production process. The domestic garbage shall be stacked in the designated place and cleaned up and transported away by the environmental sanitation department; the packaging materials and corner wastes shall be stacked and recycled in a centralized manner. Waste rags, waste activated carbon and waste cutting fluid are collected and temporarily stored in hazardous waste warehouse, which are regularly handed over to yongxingsheng environmental protection industrial waste recycling comprehensive treatment Co., Ltd. in Doumen District, Zhuhai City.
